​We assess the roof or land, available space, electrical supply and access. Existing equipment, shading and any structural checks help establish what is practical for the property.

​Receive a design, installation scope and price, with performance estimates and their assumptions explained. We talk through the equipment and options so you can make an informed decision.
​04 / Ready to install
​Once you are happy to proceed, we confirm the scope, timing and access arrangements. We identify any network permissions or notifications and explain what needs to happen before installation.
​05 / Fit & commission
​Our team installs and tests the agreed system, working around the property’s access and operational needs. We commission the controls and check the equipment is operating as designed.
​06 / Handover & support
​We explain the monitoring and controls, provide the relevant documents and discuss ongoing care. You know how to use the system and who to contact if you have a question.
